Most of our molding machines are equipped with robotic sprue pickers as well as automated material handling and drying equipment. Additionally, several of our machines are configured as completely automated work cells with 3-axis robots capable of removing parts from the mold and executing secondary operations, including part finishing and packaging.
 
All of our machines are integrated with our Enterprise IQORA ERP system, which tracks every step of the process from quotation to finished product shipment. This allows us to provide a complete service supply chain for our customers. For instance, when dealing with a part that requires a metal insert, we handle the insert molding as well as all secondary operations, coordinating the entire process to ensure everything is done accurately and on time.
