With the aid of computer programs such as Solidworks and Cadkey, we can turn your product design into 3D surface models that are then used to complete tool designs and 3-axis CNC programs.

ULTRA FAST HIGH PERFORMANCE MACHINING

At our 3 axis CNC mills, our CAM programs are converted to tool steel cavities and cores or finished electrodes ready for Electrical Discharge Machining.

Having full CNC capability throughout our tooling process allows for mold deliveries to be as short as 3 weeks.

Once the prototype or production molds have been produced, they are then ready for parts production in our state of the art molding facility.
