Molds produced at Scan Tool or brought in from other sources are first sampled in our machines to generate quality standards, SPC data, and process setups.   Using these standards on future runs ensures that parts are always identical.  With the help of micro-processor controlled machines, the molding of close tolerance parts can be done with ease.
